Advisory teams involved in the transaction process
Translink Corporate Finance acted as lead advisors to the shareholders, the team consisted of Hamish Morrison, Will Holmes, Will Sykes and Jovinda Hussnain (all M&A), plus Tony Chapman and Emma Oakley (both SPA Advisory).
Duncan Firman, Amy Pierechod, and Andrew Moore of Gordons provided legal advice to the shareholders. Tax advice was provided by Louise Barnaby and Fletcher Adamowicz at BHP. James West, Jessica Kolhorn, James Beattie and Alex Potten of Mayer Brown International LLP provided legal advice to Sun.
