Jamie has over 25 years of experience in the corporate finance world, gained at some of the most successful global corporate finance practices including Catalyst Corporate Finance/Alantra and GCA Altium/Houlihan Lokey.
He has worked with a wide range of business types – from owner managers to private equity backed businesses through to large corporates – always focused on delivering an outstanding outcome for the client. He is part of the TMT team with a particular focus on software, IT Services and tech-enabled services – completing multiple transactions in this space over the last 10 years.
Aaron joined Translink Corporate Finance in 2023 from national Private Equity house YFM, where he was responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, project managing the investment process and working closely with key stakeholders.
He has over nine years’ experience in mid-market M&A, across Corporate Finance, Transaction Support and as an investor, working in numerous sectors, including TMT, Food and Beverage, Industrials and Business Services.
Aaron has significant experience across disposals, MBOs, and growth capital fundraises.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his young family and has a passion for the great outdoors either running or cycling and following Middlesbrough FC.
Matt has over 15 years’ of mid-market corporate finance experience across numerous sectors including TMT, Logistics, Manufacturing and Business Services.
He advises owner-managers, corporate and private equity clients, with a particular focus on M&A strategy and execution.
Matt has been described as being a cornerstone in the successful completion of the transaction, always on top of the facts and totally on the ball in constantly changing situations.
He is a member of the ICAEW and holds a MA in Finance.
Will joined Translink Corporate Finance in 2019 after graduating from the University of Leeds with a first-class degree in Economics, which included a year abroad studying at the University of Western Australia.
With over 4 years’ experience of mid-market transactions including corporate mergers & acquisitions, management buyouts, strategic & corporate advisory, raising development capital and corporate disposals, Will is passionate about supporting a wide range of exciting SMEs. Will also qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2022.
Will loves all things sport, particularly cricket and golf. He enjoys combining this with his passion for travel, regularly following the England cricket team. Will has also held a season ticket at Huddersfield Town since the age of four.
Seb is on a yearlong internship from the University of Sheffield where he studies accounting and financial management.
He looks at conducting buyers research over a variety of sectors as well as doing some financial analysis on certain companies.
In his free time, Seb enjoys supporting his football side Cambridge United as well as playing a range of sports including football, tennis, and cricket.
Milo is currently on a placement year with Translink UK while studying Economics at Aston University. In his studies he has developed a strong theoretical base in economics and corporate finance. Through his placement he has been able to deploy and develop this knowledge whilst working on projects such as company research, valuations and information memorandums.
Prior to his time on placement, Milo worked for a SaaS business and the Civil Service. During his time at Translink UK he has had the opportunity to further his understanding of these industries as well as broaden his experience into adjacent markets.
Outside of work, Milo is a Liverpool fan who enjoys spending time with friends and family and his two dogs.
Mathew undertakes due diligence work for both corporate acquirors and financial institutions such as private equity houses and debt funders.
He has experience across a number of sectors and has worked on both national and international deals.
Mathew previously worked within audit where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Development Studies from the University of Manchester.
Outside of work Mathew enjoys staying active and is also a keen motorcyclist.
Martin leads our specialist Transaction Services team. He is a Chartered Accountant with around 25 years of experience working in practice, and has specialised in corporate finance for over 15 years. Over that time Martin has gained a wide range of transactional experience working on UK and cross-border acquisitions, fund raisings, disposals, and public flotations.
Martin now focuses solely on the due diligence field of corporate finance, working with clients such as large corporates, owner-managed businesses, and financial institutions. He also spent some time on secondment in industry, overseeing the post-acquisition integration of a client of his with a business that he advised them on acquiring.
Outside of the deals environment Martin enjoys spending time with his family, adventures in the great outdoors, competing in long distance running events, and following Bradford City Football Club.
Luke joined Translink Corporate Finance in 2021 following 4 years at EY where he trained as a Chartered Accountant. He has been involved in a range of sales mandates, MBOs, MBIs and has conducted market research across a variety of industries. He is a member of his region’s ICAEW committee and often attends events to keep up to date with market trends.
During his downtime, Luke enjoys spending time with his family, following the recent birth of his daughter, trying his luck in the kitchen, playing snooker (albeit poorly) and following Leeds United.
Jovinda was an intern at Translink UK in Summer 2021 and returned in 2022 as a full-time corporate finance analyst after graduating from the University of Leeds with a first-class BSc in Economics and Finance. He is currently working towards the ACA qualification to become a Chartered Accountant.
His role mainly entails conducting sophisticated research projects for potential buyers and acquisition targets, producing business valuations including recent deal research, preparing relevant documents and reports for review by senior team members, and conducting financial analysis of company data.
Outside of work, Jovinda loves playing sports, particularly football and cricket. He is a huge fan of Manchester United.
Joshua joined Translink in July 2022 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at an independent firm in Leeds working within the audit department predominantly working on owner managed businesses.
Joshua assists the wider Transaction Services team by performing analysis on businesses and helping drafting due diligence reports.
Outside of work Joshua enjoys taking part in a weekly ParkRun and anything related to old Land Rovers.
Joe joined the team in 2019 after graduating with a first-class BA (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Sheffield. Following his university studies, Joe became a chartered accountant and member of the ICAEW in 2021.
Having started his career as an Analyst within the team, Joe now has more than 4 years of M&A experience, supporting clients across a broad range of transactions including corporate disposals, acquisitions, MBO’s/MBI’s, and development & growth capital.
Emma is on an industrial placement year as a Corporate Finance Analyst as a part of her Mathematics BSc studies at the University of Leeds. As an analyst, her role ranges from research projects for potential buyers and acquisition targets to specific sector/industry analysis. Emma has also thoroughly enjoyed working together alongside other analysts on time-restricted projects.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys watching football as a big Liverpool fan, testing her general knowledge on University Challenge and what should be more than the occasional trip to the gym.
Declan has over eight years’ experience of providing corporate finance advice to owner managers and ambitious management teams. In recent years he has advised on a number of company sales, corporate acquisitions and MBOs for clients across a range of sectors including automotive, TMT, industrial and healthcare.
In 2019 he was named Emerging Dealmaker of the Year at the Insider Sheffield City Region Dealmakers Awards.
Charles has been involved in delivering deal making and corporate finance advice for over five years after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2015.
A member of the Transaction Services team, Charles now specialises in the due diligence field of corporate finance, having previously gained extensive lead advisory experience in both sell side and buy side roles, as well as a six-month secondment with an established private equity investment company.
He has substantial experience in a wide range of due diligence engagements including buy-side for both corporate and private equity transactions and sell-side due diligence.
Budding thespian and keen fair-weather sportsman, Charles also enjoys travelling, occasionally playing the piano, and supporting Sheffield United.
Ellie joined the Translink Corporate Finance team in March 2023 and continues working towards her final ACA exam. Her previous role was within a national accountancy practice within their audit team, which is where she began her ACA studies.
With a degree in Biomedical Sciences, Ellie studied at Newcastle University completing her degree in 2020.
Since joining the team, Ellie has been involved in various sale mandates and buy-side mandates. She has also provided research across different sectors, performed data and forecast analysis and worked on forecast preparation and report creation.
Ellie enjoys spending time with family and friends outside of work, walking in the countryside, and keeping fit at the gym. She also loves to travel and hopes to visit the majority of countries in her lifetime.

Amanda joined the exciting world of finance at an early age. Amanda has spent over three years working at a senior level in industry, most recently within a PLC. This has given her unique industry experience, spending over three years in commercial and operational roles.
Outside of the corporate world, Amanda will often be found with her nose in a lonely planet guide, planning her next trip; learning the rules to a new board game (and sticking to them) or in the kitchen striving to provide the perfect cake to satisfy the sweet tooth of the office.
Having started a career in the leisure industry Andy changed track to choose the more exciting world of accountancy and became ACA Chartered Accountant in 2019.
He has gained experience as an auditor in a range of sectors manufacturing, retail, automotive, construction, and academies. Recently he worked in-house for a large manufacturing corporate with 4 UK businesses and a global network of manufacturing sites. Andy’s role included overseeing the finance team and preparing corporate reports for the board.
Outside of work he enjoys pursuing his triathlon hobby, having completed a half Ironman he is training for the full Ironman putting us all to shame.
Alex joined the world of professional services at 19 following a period in football. He is an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience, working primarily with owner managed businesses across a variety of sectors with specific experience in manufacturing, industrials, consumer products and business services.
Alex’s commitment to exceeding client objectives is underpinned by experience and a mentality refined in a competitive sporting environment.

Charlotte joined Translink Corporate Finance in 2020 from EY’s Transaction Services team in Leeds, where she qualified and gained over six and a half years’ transactional experience, which included spending five months on international secondment to Copenhagen.
A member of the Transaction Services team, Charlotte specialises in financial due diligence and has been involved in a vast range of transactional engagements and services including buy-side due diligence for corporate and private equity transactions, sell-side due diligence, as well as having capital markets experience.
Outside of work Charlotte likes to spend time travelling and eating out, as well as lots of time on walks with her dog, Bailey.

Cet ancien président d’Areva TA (2010-2014) est diplômé de l’École Polytechnique, de l’École Nationale Supérieure des Techniques Avancées (ENSTA), de l’École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) et de l’Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale (IHEDN).
Jean-Louis Ségura a commencé sa carrière comme instituteur. Très rapidement, sa carrière évolue vers des postes dans l’administration de l’Éducation nationale française. Il est d’abord inspecteur de l’Éducation nationale, puis inspecteur d’académie et directeur de cabinet du recteur de Grenoble. Enfin, il devient conseiller auprès du Ministre de l’Éducation nationale (1984).
Quatre ans plus tard, il devient chargé de mission auprès du Secrétaire d’État chargé des handicapés et des accidentés de la vie. Dès lors, il va œuvrer dans le monde de la Santé, d’abord comme DG du Fonds national d’insertion des personnes handicapées (AGEFIPH), puis comme directeur de l’ARS de Bourgogne. En 2004, il est appelé à diriger le projet de Cancéropôle de Toulouse dans lequel il crée le pôle de compétitivité « Cancer-Bio-Santé » et la Fondation InNaBioSanté.
Enfin, il fonde DCS Conseil, société de conseil dans le secteur sanitaire et médico-social. Il a ainsi conseillé des groupes comme ICADE, la CDC, ou encore le Groupe SOFIA.
Jean-Louis apporte son expérience et son expertise dans le domaine de la Santé et de l’Éducation à l’équipe de Translink CF France.
Antoine a rejoint Translink CF France en mai 2022.

Antoine TANGUY a commencé sa vie professionnelle en 2002 chez EY puis DC ADVISORY. En 2010, il co-fonde ZEGREENWEB, portail internet de contenus et de services dédié à l’écologie et au développement durable qui devient leader sur le marché français. Il intègre ensuite l’équipe fusions-acquisitions Technology Media Telecom au sein de PWC CORPORATE FINANCE à Paris en qualité de Directeur entre 2015 et 2020, puis l’équipe ADVISO PARTNERS en tant que Directeur Associé.
Antoine TANGUY est diplômé du Master Finance de la Toulouse School of Management
Mal is an experienced CEO having led businesses such as Maytag, Strongform and Camfil. Previously Mal held senior roles with 3M, Southcorp Appliances and Southcorp Wines.
Mal’s business experience includes both corporate and private equity spanning a broad range of industries including industrial products, consumer appliances, wine, retail and import distribution.
Mal was the founding CEO of Strongform and partnered with ANZ Private Equity to complete several acquisitions.
Mal has a strong track record of growing businesses organically and through acquisition having completed numerous acquisitions throughout his career. Mal has a Dip. Accounting, a Dip. Marketing and an MBA.

Jacques-Henri Rième a conduit des transactions de capital de tous types pour le compte d’industriels et de fonds d’investissements. Il est spécialisé dans le secteur de l’Industrie et la mobilité.
Il participe à la création de Financière Monceau CF avec Marc Irisson et Mathieu Lemesle avant ses 30 ans. Cette société est devenue par la suite Translink CF France
Lina a réalisé de multiples opérations de haut de bilan dans les secteurs transport-logistique-mobilité et services d’ingénierie, pour le compte d’entreprises de taille moyenne et de multinationales, de sociétés de capital-investissement et d’actionnaires privés et familiaux.

Lina est diplômée d’un MBA à l’INSEAD avec une spécialisation en « Business Administration ».
Stuart is a Partner in Translink UK and has over 25 years of experience of global sell and buy side deals. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Stuart qualified with Ernst & Young, the ‘Big 4’ accounting firm, where he commenced his Corporate Finance career.
Stuart established an independent M&A practice in 2004 that is now part of Translink Corporate Finance UK serving both UK and international clients on sales, acquisitions, buy-outs and carve-outs, helping achieve the strategies of entrepreneurs, family owned businesses, private equity backed businesses and listed companies. He is the head of Translink’s Global Automotive Group, having closed numerous transactions in this sector and is also active in Healthcare, TMT and Industrials Sectors.
Hamish has over 20 years of corporate finance experience. He has established a reputation for delivering outstanding results for his clients whilst providing them with innovative solutions to problems. Having also sold a business he was a shareholder in, Hamish is able to directly relate to the variety of emotions clients experience during a deal process.
His presence has proven pivotal in a significant number of deals including high profile sell side deals, debt only and private equity backed management buy-outs and acquisition support to both corporate acquirers and private equity houses. Many of these clients have had long term relationships with Hamish and value his wider commercial and strategic advice as well as his deal specific support.
Whilst Hamish has advised companies across a wide variety of sectors he has always had a particular interest in the tech space and is an active member of Translink’s Global TMT team.
Hamish loves spending time with his family in the outdoors during his downtime and his dog ensures he covers many kms each week.
Having graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BA in Mathematics Kevin joined the team in 2006. With his 15+ years of experience in the corporate finance arena he has worked on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions. He takes great pleasure in working closely with his clients, developing strong relationships and helping them achieve their ultimate aspirations.
He is a holder of the ICAEW’s Corporate Finance qualification, and is a member of both our Energy & Environment and Food & Beverage industry groups having closed several transactions in each sector.

Outside of work you’ll most likely find Don on his bike. His perfect day off combines a long day in the saddle exploring a new country with a well deserved glass of the local vino waiting at the finish.
Andy has been providing deal making and corporate finance advice to privately owned businesses for over 15 years, both within the M&A and Private Equity team of one of the large consulting firms and now at Translink Corporate Finance.
He has substantial experience in advising shareholders and management teams on many areas of strategy including value creation, corporate finance, acquisitions and exit/succession strategies. Andy won the Emerging Dealmaker award at the 2016 Insider Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards. He is a member of our TMT and food sector groups having completed a number of deals in the sectors.
Andy spends his downtime with his young family or enjoying the great outdoors either walking, golfing or skiing. He is also a long suffering Leeds United fan.
Will has over 10 years’ experience in M&A, having advised on a broad range of transactions including owner-managed businesses, large corporates and private equity.
He has extensive experience in providing shareholders and management teams with strategic advice on corporate mergers & acquisitions, business disposals, exit strategies, management buy-outs/buy-ins and raising debt or equity capital.
Will’s sector experience spans a wide range of markets, and he is a member of our Energy & Environment specialist sector group.
Will enjoys spending his free time with his young family around the Yorkshire countryside and has a passion for a range of sporting hobbies including golf, skiing and general fitness.
David has over 25 years’ corporate finance experience and has worked with over 400 business owners to complete over 200 deals worth over £2bln across the globe.
As well as a Big 4 and mid-tier background and rather unusually for an adviser, David has also worked as a commercial director and shareholder within a global private equity backed business and acted as a principal in both acquiring and disposing of that business, so has stood in the shoes of his clients.
David has a strong track record of establishing and growing leading and award-winning corporate finance teams and is totally focussed on his clients and colleagues – his mantra is to always do the right things in the right way, exceptionally well.
Sally started off as a Chartered Accountant and has been active in Corporate Finance since 2002. She has a track record of a wide variety of transactions, many cross-border – largely within the US.
Sally completely understands that a clients’ decision to sell their business wholly or even partially is never taken lightly and works tirelessly to achieve a successful result. She is a member of our Industrials group, having closed several transactions in this sector.
