Translink Corporate Finance UK acted as exclusive advisor to Colas UK on the sale of Allied Infrastructure to DJ Civils, a portfolio company of Thwack Partners.
Allied Infrastructure is a highly skilled and specialist airport and defence infrastructure maintenance provider, with more than 30 years’ experience of delivering projects across the UK and internationally. The company provides a broad range of services, from short-notice reactive repairs to large-scale, multi-disciplinary capital projects.
Headquartered in Kent, private-equity-owned DJ Civils is a civil engineering specialist contractor with proven capability across UK airfields, and trusted reputation within the aviation sector. Through the acquisition, Allied Infrastructure gains a strategic partner to continue its growth in airport maintenance, while DJ Civils seeks to expand its provision of specialist capabilities across the UK.
