Translink Corporate Finance is delighted to announce that 13 brave members of the UK team will be jumping from a height of 15,000 ft in a charity skydive in support of three amazing charities.
Taking place on Wednesday 10 July 2024, the firm will be raising money and awareness for mental health charity Mind, children’s cancer charity Candlelighters and the UK’s leading dementia charity Alzheimer’s Society. All money raised will be distributed equally to help them in the amazing work they perform daily.
The Translink skydiving team comprises of Amelia Winterson, Charlotte Chaplin, Ellie Jacobs, Erin Ellis, Declan Savage, Hamish Morrison, Joe Briggs, Jovinda Hussnain, Matt Scott, Nicola Fish, Oliver Butterworth, Will Holmes and Will Sykes.
Matt Scott, Translink Corporate Finance Partner, said: “We’re thrilled to announce our charity skydive for Mind, Candlelighters and Alzheimer’s Society. All three charities are extremely worthy of our support.
“The work they do is truly life-changing and without fundraising from the community, they wouldn’t be able to continue making a difference to people’s lives.
“When we initially raised the idea of a charity skydive, we never anticipated such a positive response rate. It’s really pleasing that so many team members have agreed to the challenge, which will see us leap outside of our comfort zones.
“On behalf of the Translink Corporate Finance team taking part in the skydive, it is an honour to help raise money and awareness for the charities.”
We’d like to say thank you to everyone for their support and donations. If you can donate, head to our fundraising page here.
Wish us luck in our endeavour to ‘take deal advisory to new heights’!
